Whenever possible we will use PAYPAL or FACEBOOK credits to minimize our contact with your financial details. Certains services may require a highter degree of information collection but any such information is only usable for the purpose of providing services for fee. Such information may be shared with authorizing entities (Credit Card Processors/eBill payment providers) . Terms and conditions will be provided at the time of engagement.

We delete files after they expire and do not replicate the data. Any loss of storage space on our servers results in LOSS of all uploaded files. We do not provide data-backup protection, all files are considered "Temporary" and are disposed of after a pre-determined # of downloads, an automatic expiry date (3 days or 7 Days) or other conditions that may or may not apply.

We are not a "file-sharing" service. We provide transportation between one sender and up to 5 recipients.

Any use of our services for the purpose of exchanging, transmitting or recieving Child Pornography, regardless of local custom, laws or practice will be reported immediately to international police agencies who will recieve our fullest co-operation.
